RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.


To qualify:

Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included

Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Made-to-Order items

Customized or Personalized pieces

Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Earrings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons

FREE SHIPPING & PARTIAL RETURNS

If an order qualified for Free Shipping and items are later returned or exchanged such that the remaining order no longer meets the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or charged prior to processing an exchange.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Contact Us : Email info@ashleynicolejewelry.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and request. A return authorization and instructions will be provided.

2. Prepare Your Return: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please include your packing slip or order confirmation.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued after items are received and inspected

Approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or fulfillment error

EXCHANGES

Exchanges (including size adjustments) are processed after the original item is received and inspected

Please indicate your preference for an exchange when submitting your request

 

Exchange Shipping & Pricing

If the replacement item differs in price, any difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

Replacement items ship via standard shipping, unless otherwise arranged

Free Shipping, if offered, applies only to the original order and is provided as a courtesy


If returned items reduce the original order below the free-shipping threshold, a shipping fee may apply to the replacement item.



DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at: info@ashleynicolejewelry.com, with photos and a description of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost.

Returns sent without prior authorization or that do not meet policy requirements may be refused
