SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S. & PUERTO RICO)
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7 applies.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours; however, please allow up to 4 business days for shipment.
- Custom Orders: Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional crafting time. Please refer to the specific timeline listed on the individual product page.
- Carrier: Standard packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included.
INSURANCE & SECURITY
To ensure your jewelry arrives safely, all orders over $100 are fully insured during transit at no additional cost to you. For added security, all orders exceeding $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Ashley Nicole Jewelry is committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely; however, please note the following professional boundaries regarding delivery:
- Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed "Lost in Transit" by the carrier (meaning it never reached its destination scan), we will issue a full replacement or refund.
- Delivered Packages: Our liability concludes once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered." We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or misdelivered after the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- Recovery Steps: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS branch immediately. They can often provide GPS coordinates of the exact delivery location.
